01 Is this a medical diagnosis?
No. It is indicative, dermatologist-informed guidance to help you choose skincare. It cannot diagnose a condition. If something on your skin worries you, please see a dermatologist.
02 Where does my photo go?
Nowhere. Your selfie is analysed inside your own browser and is never uploaded or stored. You can check this yourself in your browser’s network tab — no image ever leaves the page.
03 How accurate is it?
We measure real, reproducible signals from the photo — redness, shine, texture, tone, under-eye contrast — and give those numbers to the AI, so the same face gets the same read rather than a different guess each time. Treat it as informed guidance, not a clinical measurement.
04 Do I need an account?
No. It is free, takes about a minute, and there is nothing to install.
05 What if my lighting is bad?
The camera step checks your lighting, face position and steadiness first, and will not let you capture until the shot is good enough to read properly.
