RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Please review our return and refund policy carefully.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:
✔ You received a damaged product
✔ You received the wrong item
✔ The product is defective
Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do NOT accept returns for:
❌ Opened or used skincare products
❌ Products damaged due to misuse
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Share your order number and issue photos
- Our team will guide you through the process
Refunds
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• COD refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error is from our side
Exchanges
If eligible, we may offer:
✔ Replacement product
✔ Store credit
depending on availability.
